Returns
Products may be returned within 24 Hours of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, and items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
